The first time that you click on the Facebook Ads tab you'll be prompted to provide additional Facebook permission. Click Continue. 

Next, you'll need to confirm the Facebook Profile you're connecting. Click "Continue as.."

That's it! Now, you can create ad drafts for any ad account that you have access to!
