When viewing messages from your Facebook page's Messenger inbox you'll notice that the links are disabled and an error message states that "This feature has been disabled."


The "Shop Now" button is disabled from your own shop's inbox because these are unique links which will only be available to your customers and Facebook does not render these links.

To test your user experience, you can use the preview feature within the ShopMessage dashboard or try to organically trigger a flow from your website.
