Occasionally, Facebook may return an error when loading your Facebook whitelist domains. You'll see this error in the Settings section of your dashboard on the Facebook Tab. Here's what that error will look like:

Typically, if you wait ten minutes and then reconnect your Page that should resolve this error. 

If you're finding that is not working for you, please follow the steps below:

  • Then, go back to your ShopMessage dashboard and reconnect your page. You'll have to click Edit Page and then select your Page from the dropdown.
