Connect your Facebook Page to ShopMessage so you can start sending messages.
It's a simple as clicking Connect to Facebook!
Once you've done that, we'll ask for permission to access your personal page. This is necessary so that we can see which Pages that you have admin access to.
Don't worry, ShopMessage will never send messages from your personal profile. We'll also never send messages from your page without your permission.
Having Trouble Connecting? Troubleshoot!
Make sure you have the proper Facebook permissions.
The person responsible for connecting ShopMessage to a Facebook Page must be an Admin of the Facebook Page. Please ask an Admin of the page to change your permissions to Admin so that you can connect or have a user that is an Admin connect the page.
Not sure if you're have admin access? Login into the personal profile that you believe has has admin access to the Page. Then navigate to the Page and click Settings, then Page Roles. You should see any and all Admins of the page listed there. The personal profile of the page you're logged into should be on that list as an Admin.
Are you using a pop-up blocker on your browser?
Pop-up blockers may prevent the ShopMessage Facebook permissions window from display. Temporarily disable your pop-up blocker to allow the permissions to display.
Is your Facebook Page new?
When you signed up for ShopMessage you may have only allowed your existing Pages to be connected through the Facebook authorization process. To connect your new Page, please visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
From here, check the box next to ShopMessage and click Remove. A confirmation window will appear, click Remove again.
Then, go back to your ShopMessage dashboard and reconnect your page. You'll have to click Edit Page and then select your Page from the dropdown.
Since ShopMessage is associated with Facebook account, you need to allow all of the pages that you want connected with ShopMessage.
