ShopMessage works well alongside ManyChat, and in fact many of our customers use both. All of your ShopMessage subscribers will also show up in your ManyChat audience. Many customers use ShopMessage to get subscribers, and use ManyChat for auto-responses or follow-up sequences.  

Can I send my ManyChat subscribers through ShopMessage?
Right now, we do not support messaging subscribers outside of ShopMessage. This is because sending marketing messages after the 24 hour period is against Facebook Terms of Service. 

One of my customers unsubscribed from ShopMessage messages, but still received a message from us in ManyChat, how do I unsubscribe from both?
Within ManyChat, add "Stop messaging me" as a keyword that then unsubscribes the user from your ManyChat list.
